Before downloading
Open the list, set filters and the time range, then check the asset, book, status and selection boundaries. Table timestamps are shown in UTC.
What a CSV contains
A download covers the returned page or explicitly stated selection. Current-page search only hides rows on screen; export contains the full returned page. Retrieve further pages separately.
CSV is not a frozen organization-wide snapshot. Data can change while you move between pages. Retain the filter context and retrieval time.
Opening in spreadsheet software
Import identifiers, hashes, addresses and atomic amounts as text. Automatic conversion of large numbers may lose precision or leading zeros. Keep an unchanged original file.
Statements and printing
An outgoing accounting statement shows principal, actual fee, revisions and compensation. It is posting history, not period closing. A public document can be printed; a copy can survive link revocation.
